It was difficult to see that Lily was wearing a life jacket on her first kayak ride–so here is the proof. Looks like Lily enjoyed her time on the water with Steven.

Lacey and family have just returned from her first camping trip. Rita said that Lacey had a good time and had lots of new smells to sniff. Lacey really liked the lake and would have gone swimming if Rita and David would have let her–but the lake is still cold so maybe Lacey can go swimming on the next trip.

Lily is still in Mexico enjoying the beach and ocean. On this day it was time for a bath. Lily, you have really grown–I think we might need a litter reunion when you get home.

Benny (Absolutely Affinity A Bientot), being Sydney’s littermate, also entered the Moses Lake dog show on Sunday, April 14. Like Sydney, Benny had a wonderful time at the show!!! Benny showed well, and we learned that we have several things to work on–such as NOT chasing the dog in front, but it was a great experience for the pups and also for me. We all look forward to taking them to the National Bichon Frise Specialty in May in Indianapolis.

Lily e-mailed Benny and Sydney to wish them the best of luck in their first dog show on Sunday, April 14,2013 in Moses Lake, WA when they will be exactly 6 months old. While Benny and Sydney are attending the dog show, Lily will be practicing her circus routine. Thank you Lily for the good wishes and we’ll try to get some pictures of Benny and Sydney at the dog show to post on the blog later.
